We will work together to build a solid plant based meal plan to use nutrition to heal. Our diet is the core of our heal and we can see so many issues come up if we aren’t balancing our nutrition.

Himalayan Kriya Yoga
Himalayan Kriya Yoga is a special form of energy yoga where we work with our energy body. We use tapping, meditation, mudras, and mantras to help clear blockages and allow energy to flow freely through our spine.

Herbal Remedies
Plants are our medicine
Throughout history we have uses plants to heal a variety of illnesses and in recent times of the power of the plant medicines have been lost. By reconnected to the plants that grow around us, we can learn from them and come back to nature to heal.
